Description:
- Strong C# experience:

Should have no issues with reflection
- For example, they can retrieve attributes, or loop through properties of a class dynamically at runtime.
- Should be well versed in LINQ, expression trees, and anonymous methods.

Should have no issues solving easy to medium difficulty problems such as the problems in leetcode: https://leetcode.com/
- In an interview, I may ask them to solve a random one.
- Should have no issues with generic types
- Must keep up-to-date with C#. I may ask them what the "?.", "??", and "??=" operators do
- Must know how C# works at an internal low level. EG: How are OR expressions actually evaluated by the compiler?
- Should have no trouble reading other people's code
- They must follow best C# practices and idioms.
