What youll do

  • Support execution of territory sales plans in alignment with the Area Sales Manager
  • Conduct customer visits and sales calls to generate demand and build pipeline
  • Identify new business opportunities and assist in converting them into projects
  • Maintain and grow customer and distributor relationships
  • Prepare and update daily sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline data
  • Assist in product demonstrations, trials, and technical discussions with customers
  • Support distributor management, including joint calls and performance tracking
  • Monitor market trends, competition, and customer requirements
  • Participate in training programs and field learning as part of the GET framework
  • Ensure adherence to company processes, compliance, and reporting standards
