What youll do
- Support execution of territory sales plans in alignment with the Area Sales Manager
- Conduct customer visits and sales calls to generate demand and build pipeline
- Identify new business opportunities and assist in converting them into projects
- Maintain and grow customer and distributor relationships
- Prepare and update daily sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline data
- Assist in product demonstrations, trials, and technical discussions with customers
- Support distributor management, including joint calls and performance tracking
- Monitor market trends, competition, and customer requirements
- Participate in training programs and field learning as part of the GET framework
- Ensure adherence to company processes, compliance, and reporting standards
