Overview

The Associate, Global Operations will be an entry level role into the World of Global Mobility and will be an individual contributor as part of a new centralized team providing operational support to Global Mobility team members worldwide.

You will be responsible for executing operational processes to deliver quality and timely outcomes in all areas of Global Mobility, with a focus on Tax. You will be responsible for supporting, team administration and supporting the GM Team with all activities in relation to the mobility lifecycle. You will work under the general supervision of the Manager- Global Operations.

Responsibilities

Your primary responsibilities but not limited to:

Support the mobility team with ensuring compliance with project assignment tax, payroll relocation, and transfer policies, procedures, and programs requirements

Prepare various documents for tax calculations, tax cost estimate etc. as required

Analyze the tax implications and prepare tax cost estimate information

Management of Centralised inboxes, responding to queries and delegating complex queries to the appropriate team members

Responsible for maintaining Global mobility data and reporting and analytics

Collaborate with other Global Mobility Operations team members to ensure processes are executed and issues are resolved in a timely manner.

Responsible for cooperation with and coordination of external vendors

Work and collaborate with team members and stakeholders in EMEA, India, Europe, APAC, and North America

Participate in Global Mobility project

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree with 2-3 years of related experience in executing global mobility tax processes in a corporate environment

Experience working with professional tax services, such as the Big-4, would be an advantage

Strong English language verbal and written communication skills with Second language desirable

Confident and capable of interacting with employees worldwide to resolve queries

Intermediate Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word skills

Enjoy interacting with people and building relationships

Ability and willingness to work in a globally distributed team and with stakeholders while maintaining strong professional relationships with a client led focus

Strong Organizational skills with attention to detail

Driven and energetic

Problem-solver and client service oriented
