Job Description:
Need an Alliance Manager, to build new alliance engagements at Regional and Global levels. This is a key opportunity to onboard Regional Sales Partners to advance Finacle sales in various markets, engage consulting partners to educate and enable them position Finacle in their projects and with service provides to support Finacle product implementation as well as ATS.
The candidate should have experience in assessing, onboarding and partnering with Global Systems Integrators, Consulting companies and Regional Sales and Services Partners. The candidate should have experience in agreements and contract structing for onboarding these partners. Also, passionate about developing and executing Go-to-market strategies in close collaboration with sales leadership.
Responsibilities:
- Onboard Sales and Services Partners, Systems Integrators, and consulting companies at a Regional and Global level.
- Collaborate with the Sales organization to align on the partnership requirements in various markets.
- Contract negotiation with the partners and key internal stakeholders.
- Ensuring compliance requirements at an organizational and market level from a partner onboarding perspective.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with partners and work closely with them to achieve mutual goals.
- Build and implement partner programs which, involves marketing and enablement.
- Measure and report the performance of partners, using metrics such as sales and revenue.
- Provide adequate support to partners in terms of enabling them with requisite accesses to internal portals and demo environments.
- Facilitate partner and Finacle sales team alignment, account planning, target identification and product specific sessions to drive joint wins.
- Demonstrated success in managing executive relationships with systems integrators, consulting partners, sales partners and/or customers. Should have experience in onboarding new partners, including agreement negotiations, internal & external stake holder management.
- Team oriented, self-starter, consultative and strong communication.
- Ability to collaborate with various units like sales, pre-sales, architecture, engineering, delivery, product and marketing.
- Knowledge of various engagement models followed in Sales and Services partnerships.
- Experience in contract negotiations.
