KGS-FI Consultant-Runway

As a Consultant - SAP Finance (FICO) drives end-to-end SAP implementation, optimization, and support, focusing on S/4HANA Finance, configuration (GL, AP, AR, Asset, CO), and cross-functional integration (MM/SD). Requires 6-8+ years of SAP experience, strong financial process knowledge, and stakeholder management to deliver solutions, reports, and user training.

Key Responsibilities

• SAP Implementation & Support: Lead or participate in full-cycle SAP FICO/S/4HANA implementations, including requirements gathering, configuration, testing (SIT, UAT), and deployment.
• Financial Process Optimization: Configure core modules (General Ledger, AP/AR, Asset Accounting, Cost Center, Profit Center) and optimize financial workflows.
• Reporting & Analysis: Generate MIS reports, manage month-end/year-end closing processes, and provide financial analysis using SAP tools.
• Integration & Compliance: Ensure seamless integration with other SAP modules (MM, SD, PP) and maintain compliance with statutory regulations and internal policies.
• Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with business teams to translate requirements into technical specifications (RICEFW) and provide training to end-users.
• Technical Support: Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve SAP FICO issues to ensure system stability.
• Should be well versed with Asset accounting and banking.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Experience: 4-5+ years of experience in SAP FI/CO, preferably with S/4HANA exposure.
• Certifications: Professional certifications such as CA, CPA, CMA, or SAP certification are highly desirable.
• Technical Skills: Deep knowledge of SAP FICO configuration, SAP S/4HANA, and proficient in Excel.
