Job Description: Oracle Fusion Financials Functional Consultant
Position Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion Financials Functional Consultant with 4-10 years of relevant experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have completed a minimum of two end-to-end implementations in Fusion Finance modules and have experience in rollouts, upgradation, lift and shift, and managed services projects. This role requires a deep understanding of Oracle Cloud / Fusion Financials Functional modules and the ability to translate business requirements into effective solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Complete a minimum of two end-to-end implementations in Fusion Finance modules, including rollouts, upgradation, lift and shift, and managed services projects.
  • Work with Oracle Cloud / Fusion Financials Functional modules such as General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Fixed Assets (FA), Cash Management, Intercompany, Expense Management, and Procurement modules.
  • Understand and articulate business requirements to propose solutions after thorough due diligence.
  • Demonstrate a solid understanding of Enterprise Structures, Chart of Accounts (CoA) Structure, Hierarchies, FlexFields, and Extensions setup in Fusion Financials.
  • Perform hands-on Unit Testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) of issues and collaborate with business users to obtain sign-off.
  • Utilize various financial data upload/migration techniques like File-Based Data Import (FBDI) and Application Development Framework Desktop Integration (ADFDI) and resolve related issues.
  • Possess strong communication, presentation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Conduct workshop sessions independently with clients and stakeholders.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 4-10 years of experience in Oracle Fusion Financials.
  • Proven experience with at least two full lifecycle implementations of Fusion Finance modules.
  • Deep knowledge of Oracle Cloud / Fusion Financials Functional modules (GL, AP, AR, FA, Cash Management, Intercompany, Expense Management, Procurement).
  • Strong understanding of Enterprise Structures, CoA Structure, Hierarchies, FlexFields, Extensions setup in Fusion Financials.
  • Proficient in financial data upload/migration techniques like FBDI and ADFDI.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and conduct workshops with clients and stakeholders.
Preferred Skills:
  • Certification in Oracle Cloud / Fusion Financials.
  • Experience in Agile methodologies.
  • Familiarity with other Oracle Cloud modules and their integration with Financials.
