Position Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Oracle HCM Reporting and Analytics Specialist with 4-10 years of relevant experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Oracle OTBI (Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence), BIP (BI Publisher), Fast Formulas, and HCM Extracts. This role requires strong analytical skills and the ability to generate and manage complex reports and data analytics within the Oracle HCM suite.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop, manage, and maintain reports and dashboards using Oracle OTBI and BI Publisher.
  • Design and implement Fast Formulas to meet various business requirements within Oracle HCM.
  • Create and manage HCM Extracts for data integration and reporting purposes.
  • Collaborate with business users to understand reporting needs and translate them into technical requirements.
  • Perform data analysis to support business decisions and ensure data accuracy and consistency.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to reporting, data extracts, and Fast Formulas.
  • Provide training and support to end-users on Oracle HCM reporting tools and best practices.
  • Stay updated with the latest Oracle HCM reporting and analytics features and enhancements.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 4-10 years of experience in Oracle HCM reporting and analytics.
  • Proven experience with Oracle OTBI, BI Publisher, Fast Formulas, and HCM Extracts.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Detail-oriented with a strong focus on data accuracy and quality.
Preferred Skills:
  • Certification in Oracle HCM Cloud.
  • Experience with other Oracle HCM modules and their integration points.
  • Familiarity with SQL and other data querying languages.
  • Understanding of HR processes and practices.
