Title: Oracle HCM Technical Consultant
Location: Pune
Exp: 6+ Years

Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:
1. Project related activities support:
i. Support the Oracle HCM Cloud backlog & enhancements implementation,
including configuration, integrations (including APIs, SFTP Transfers, Encryption/
Decryption), reporting, and data migrations.
ii. Design Data conversion strategies, Data mapping & transformation, data loading
(HDLs), testing data loads
iii. Manage project timelines, ensure milestones are met and coordinate activities
across teams
iv. Manage the migration activities if any
v. Testing & Validations
vi. Post-implementation, provide sustainment support, including issue resolution
and minor enhancements.
vii. Issue Resolutions during the implementation lifecycle and post go live
viii. Post Go-live, collaborate with process owners for process design and map it to
Oracle capabilities
ix. Job Monitoring
x. Patch release- New feature impact analysis & Testing
2. Requirement Gathering and Analysis
i. Collaborate with business stakeholders and subject matter experts to capture
detailed business requirements.
3. Documentation- create documentation of new and existing system configuration and procedural
information, and supports others in ensuring system configurations documentation is complete
and accurate
i. Develop and maintain clear, concise and comprehensive documentation
including business requirements, functional specifications and user stories.
4. Process flow creation
i. As and when required design and document process flows to support business
operations and project objectives
5. Communication of Updates & Timelines
i. Effectively communicate project updates and potential risks to stakeholders and
business operations owners/ leads.
6. Follow- Ups:
i. Conduct regular follow-ups with stakeholders to ensure that all project
deliverables are on track and deadlines are met.
7. Coordination:
i. Work closely with Business operations teams and Project teams.
Experience & Skills:
• 5+ years of experience as an Oracle HCM Technical Consultant.
• Strong technical expertise in Oracle HCM Cloud (Integrations, Reporting & Dashboards)
• Familiarity & experience in tools like HCM Extracts, HDL, BIP and OTBI.
• Experience with VBCS & Redwood
• Experience with system integrations, particularly Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
• Familiarity with project management tools like Jira, Ms Project etc, process flow tools like Visio,
Lucid Chart etc. Incident management tools like ServiceNow and document management
systems
• Analytical skills- Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to work with complex data and
information to derive insights
• Experience working in business operations environments.
• Excellent at working with Clients and gathering requirements, provide solutions according to
requirement.
• Excellent troubleshooting skills.
• Communication Skills- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for interacting with
business leads and technical teams & collaboration with team and clients.
• Proven experience managing projects with multiple stakeholders and delivering within tight
timelines
Minimum Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field and Minimum eight (5)
years working in IT or operations.
• Minimum four (4) years technical/functional experience in Oracle HCM Cloud modules, HCM
extracts, reporting tools (Oracle BIP) and system integrations.
• Minimum three (3) years' experience in end-to-end application production support.
