Teaching & Academic Duties\nDeliver lectures, studio sessions, and workshops in fashion design and related subjects\nDevelop and update course materials, lesson plans, and assessments\nMentor and guide students in academic and creative projects\nSupervise undergraduate and postgraduate dissertations/theses\nEvaluate student performance and provide constructive feedback\nCurriculum Development\nDesign and revise curriculum to align with industry trends and academic standards\nIntegrate emerging technologies and sustainable practices into coursework\nResearch & Publications\nConduct scholarly research in fashion design or related areas\nPublish research papers in reputed journals and present at conferences\nContribute to the academic reputation of the institution\nIndustry Engagement\nMaintain strong connections with the fashion industry\nOrganize guest lectures, workshops, and industry visits\nFacilitate internships and placement opportunities for students\nAdministrative Responsibilities\nParticipate in departmental meetings and academic committees\nAssist in accreditation and quality assurance processes\nContribute to institutional development activities\nQualifications & Requirements\nMaster’s degree in Fashion Design or a related field (PhD preferred)\nMinimum 5–8 years of teaching and/or industry experience\nStrong portfolio showcasing design expertise\nProven record of research and publications (preferred)\nExcellent communication and mentoring skills
