Grace International is seeking an experienced and commercially driven Head of Partnerships & Growth to lead our university partnership and student recruitment strategy across India, Sri Lanka and Bangladesh.
This is a senior leadership role responsible for developing strategic partnerships with universities, driving recruitment growth across the region, and expanding Grace International's network of recruitment partners. The successful candidate will play a key role in shaping our regional growth strategy and strengthening relationships with some of our most important university partners globally.

As Grace continues to expand globally, we are seeking a high-caliber leader who can help drive the next phase of growth across South Asia.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead partnership development with universities and education providers across multiple study destinations.
- Develop and execute regional growth strategies for India, Sri Lanka, and Bangladesh.
- Strengthen and expand Grace International's recruitment partner and sub-agent network.
- Identify new partnership opportunities and negotiate commercial agreements.
- Build strong relationships with university stakeholders and senior decision-makers.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and student demand to inform strategy.
- Work closely with in-country teams to drive student recruitment outcomes.
- Represent Grace International at partner meetings, conferences, and industry events.
- About You
- Significant experience in international education, university partnerships, student recruitment, or business development.
- Proven ability to develop and manage strategic partnerships.
- Strong commercial acumen and a track record of delivering growth.
- Excellent relationship management and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Experience working across multiple markets or regions is highly regarded.
- Strong understanding of the South Asian international education landscape.
