Stay up-to-date with policy and process changes.\nFollow up for more information to resolve the users issue and explain possible solutions to ensure our users feel supported and valued.\nExpectations:\nB2 English level required (Able to understand/read documents).\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills in English with the ability to express ideas clearly and concisely.\nExperience with handling highly sensitive customer issues and de-escalating\nProficiency with computers, CRM software, and strong typing skills.\nFirst-class time management and decision-making skills.\nNew graduates are welcome.\nBeing able to start working immediately is a strong plus.\nWorking time:\nRotational Shift\nAble to work during Indian Public Holidays as requested.
