Role Summary

We are building an AI-first enterprise platform. You will own the "supply" side of our platform, ensuring that businesses on our network are accurately profiled, verified, and ready to transact. You will manage outsourced agencies to scale operations, leveraging AI tools to automate data enrichment and verification.

Roles & Responsibilites:

• Own the end-to-end operations for acquiring, enriching, and verifying businesses on the platform.
• Manage and scale an outsourced agency team responsible for data collection and profile enrichment.
• Design operational workflows that integrate human-in-the-loop validation with our backend AI/ML extraction pip
• elines.Ensure high data quality and profile accuracy for top-tier businesses on the network.
• Define and track SLAs, quality metrics, and cost-per-verification for outsourced operations.

Skills Required

• Must Have:5+ years of experience in operations, vendor management, or trust & safety roles.
• Proven experience managing outsourced teams or BPOs to deliver data processing or onboarding at scale.
• Strong process design skills to build SOPs that reduce human error.
• Experience working alongside product teams to automate manual operational tasks.
• Highly analytical; able to track operational efficiency and drive continuous improvement.
