Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and results-oriented Senior Performance Marketing Manager to lead and optimize high-budget digital advertising campaigns across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in paid media strategy, campaign optimization, conversion rate improvement, audience targeting, and revenue-focused marketing initiatives.
The candidate should possess hands-on expertise in managing large-scale performance campaigns, analyzing marketing data, improving ROI, and leading cross-functional teams to achieve business growth objectives.
Mandatory Requirements
- Minimum 3+ years of Performance Marketing experience.
- Strong hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads.
- Proven track record of managing high-budget advertising campaigns.
- Experience optimizing campaigns for leads, sales, conversions, and revenue growth.
- Strong understanding of audience segmentation, customer acquisition, remarketing, and conversion funnels.
- Experience managing multiple client accounts simultaneously.
- Excellent analytical and reporting skills.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Ability to lead and mentor performance marketing teams.
Key Responsibilities
Performance Marketing Strategy
- Develop and execute comprehensive paid media strategies across Google, Meta, YouTube, Display, and other digital advertising platforms.
- Manage campaign planning, budget allocation, audience targeting, and bidding strategies.
- Drive customer acquisition, conversion growth, and marketing ROI improvements.
- Continuously identify opportunities to scale campaigns efficiently.
Campaign Management & Optimization
- Monitor and optimize campaign performance across multiple channels.
- Improve key performance indicators such as ROAS, ROI, CPA, CPL, CAC, Conversion Rate, and Revenue Growth.
- Conduct A/B testing for creatives, landing pages, audiences, and campaign structures.
- Implement remarketing and customer retention strategies.
Analytics & Reporting
- Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights.
- Prepare detailed performance reports and present recommendations to stakeholders.
- Utilize Google Analytics, Looker Studio, Google Tag Manager, and advertising platform dashboards for data-driven decision-making.
- Monitor attribution models and customer journey performance.
Team & Client Management
- Collaborate with creative, content, SEO, design, and development teams.
- Guide and mentor performance marketing executives and specialists.
- Participate in client strategy discussions and performance reviews.
- Ensure timely delivery of campaigns and achievement of business objectives.
Growth & Innovation
- Stay updated with platform changes, advertising trends, automation tools, and industry best practices.
- Explore new acquisition channels and growth opportunities.
- Contribute to business expansion through innovative performance marketing initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in Performance Marketing and Paid Media.
- Strong expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, Google Analytics, and Conversion Tracking.
- Experience handling substantial monthly advertising budgets.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking abilities.
- Strong leadership, presentation, and client communication skills.
Preferred Skills
- Google Ads Certification.
- Meta Blueprint Certification.
- Experience with Marketing Automation Platforms.
- Advanced Excel and Reporting Skills.
