Job Description
You will be the executor who keeps the day-to-day running across all our entities and ensures the workspace operates without friction.\n\nYou will work with our Fractional CFO and his CA firm, who own filings, compliance, and financial strategy. The split of responsibilities: they decide and certify; you execute, organize, and keep the data accurate and complete. You ensure documentation is ready when a filing, audit, or query comes up.\nOur model involves multiple entities, so you will need time at the start to understand how we operate before you can do the job well.\n\nYou report to the founder day-to-day and work with the Fractional CFO.
You coordinate between the CFO and CA firm, vendors, banks, and the founders.\n\nWHAT YOU'LL DO\n\nBookkeeping & Financial Operations\nMaintain accurate, up-to-date books across multiple entities: daily transaction recording, reconciliations, and ledger management\nCoordinate with the CFO and CA firm to ensure all data, documentation, and records are ready for filings and audits\nManage directors' accounts, expense tracking, and reimbursements\nHandle invoicing, vendor payments, and receivables follow-up\n\nPortals, Systems & Tools\nOperate and maintain financial and compliance portals (GST, MCA, banking dashboards, etc.)\nManage subscriptions, online accounts, vendor portals, and any SaaS tools the business uses\nHandle bookings, orders, and procurement coordination as needed\n\nAdmin & Coordination\nOwn administrative operations and ensure tasks are not missed\nCoordinate with external accountants, vendors, and service providers on behalf of the founders\nMaintain organised filing systems (physical and digital) for all financial and corporate documents\nSupport with data entry, report preparation, and ad hoc tasks as needed\n\nOffice Management\nManage day-to-day office operations — supplies, upkeep, and ensuring the workspace runs without friction\nCoordinate with office-related vendors (housekeeping, maintenance, internet and utilities, security, couriers, printing) — sourcing, onboarding, managing relationships, and tracking payments\nHandle vendor agreements, AMCs, and renewals; flag issues before they escalate\nMaintain a vendor directory with contact details, contract terms, and renewal timelines\nEnsure the office environment is consistently functional, well-stocked, and presentable\n\nWHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR\n2 to 3 years in accounts, bookkeeping, or finance admin, ideally in a startup or multi-entity environment\nStrong working knowledge of Tally, Zoho Books, QuickBooks, or similar accounting software\nComfortable with GST portals, MCA filings, and banking platforms\nSharp logical thinking and ability to understand complex business models to connect the dots between operations and financials\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills. This role will require you to interface with our CFO, CA firm, vendors, and occasionally clients\nHigh ownership mentality: you don't wait to be told twice and you follow things through to completion\nComfortable handling vendor negotiations and day-to-day office coordination alongside financial responsibilities\nProficient with MS Office / Google Workspace, especially Excel/Sheets\n\nGOOD TO HAVE\nPrior exposure to venture studios, holding companies, or businesses with multiple revenue streams\nBasic understanding of company law, Director's accounts, or secretarial compliance\nExperience supporting a CFO or senior finance professional\nPrior experience managing office operations or facilities in a startup or small business environment\n\nWHAT'S ON OFFER\nA calm, professional work environment\nDirect exposure to how a multi-vertical venture business is built and run\nWorking alongside experienced finance leadership (Fractional CFO + CA firm)\nCompensation of ₹30,000 per month\n\nHOW TO APPLY\nSend your CV and a short note on why this role interests you to .
