Hiring: Client Servicing Executive / Client Servicing Manager

Location: Navi Mumbai


We are looking for dynamic Client Servicing professionals to manage key client accounts, build strong relationships, and ensure seamless execution of projects and campaigns. The ideal candidate should have experience handling FMCG and/or BFSI clients and possess excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day client communication and relationship management
  • Understand client requirements and coordinate with internal teams for timely execution
  • Ensure smooth delivery of campaigns, projects, and brand initiatives
  • Conduct client meetings, presentations, and business reviews
  • Track project timelines and resolve client concerns proactively
  • Identify opportunities for account growth and business development


Requirements:

  • 1–7 years of experience in Client Servicing, Account Management, Brand Management, or Agency Servicing
  • Mandatory experience handling FMCG and/or BFSI brands
  • Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts in a fast-paced environment
  • Agency, advertising, digital marketing, branding, or media experience preferred
