Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Architect role who will work on projects based in the USA. The Architect will work with team members in developing architectural concepts, preparing drawings, and producing design presentations. Day-to-day responsibilities include creating and updating CAD and 3D models, preparing plans, elevations, and sections, and assisting in design development and detailing. The role also involves coordinating with consultants, helping compile documentation for approvals, and supporting project management tasks such as tracking timelines and deliverables. The Architect will participate in design discussions, conduct basic research on materials and building systems, and contribute to refining design solutions throughout the project lifecycle.


Qualifications

  • Strong foundation in Architecture and Architectural Design, with the ability to translate concepts into clear drawings and models.
  • Experience with design-related Software tools and basic understanding of Integration between different digital workflows (e.g., CAD, 3D modeling, presentation tools).
  • Basic exposure to Project Management principles, including organizing tasks, meeting deadlines, and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or an equivalent accredited qualification.
  • Proficiency in common architectural software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or similar) and familiarity with presentation tools (e.g., Adobe Suite, PowerPoint).
  • Strong visual and spatial design sense, attention to detail, and willingness to learn from feedback.
  • Effective communication skills and ability to work on projects based in USA.
