Role Overview:

Seeking an experienced Operations leader to manage end-to-end lending operations across vehicle and construction equipment financing businesses. The role involves operational governance, process excellence, compliance management, audit readiness, customer experience, and digital transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing End-to-End Lending Operations
• Develop and maintain operational policies, SOPs, process maps, and control frameworks
• Align operational processes with RBI regulations and internal governance standards
• Identify operational risks and implement corrective/preventive actions
• Manage operational risk assessments, exception tracking, and control monitoring
• Responsible for Audit & Compliance
• Team Management & Training
• Customer Experience & SLA Management
• Drive automation and digitization initiatives across lending operations
• Vendor & Outsourcing Management
