We're a growing recruitment & talent solutions startup working on mandates across IT, Non-IT, Strategy & Operations, and Growth & Marketing, primarily for the US market. Small, founder-led, fast-moving. Sourcing is treated as a strategic function here, not a support role.
🎯 What You'll Own
→ End-to-end sourcing across active mandates (IT, Non-IT, Strategy & Ops, Growth & Marketing)
→ Build and execute sourcing strategies tailored to each role
→ Craft personalised outreach messages that actually get replies
→ Maintain sourcing pipelines and flag bottlenecks early
→ Suggest and implement process improvements
→ Work directly with founders on search strategy and role calibration
'05; You're a Great Fit If You
→ Have 2+ years of hands-on sourcing experience (agency or in-house)
→ Are a LinkedIn Recruiter power user : Boolean strings, filters, project pipelines
→ Know Google X-Ray, GitHub, and other sourcing channels beyond LinkedIn
→ Use AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini) to source smarter and write better outreach
→ Can break any JD into must-haves, nice-to-haves & deal-breakers in minutes
→ Thrive in ambiguity & startup environments excite you, not stress you
→ Bring ideas to the table, not just profiles
→ Take ownership without being told twice
