Role: Lead Generation Specialist (Google & Meta Ads Focus)

This is a full-time hybrid role based in Bengaluru, with flexibility for partial remote work. The Lead Generation Specialist will be primarily responsible for driving high-quality leads through Google Ads and Meta (Facebook & Instagram) platforms .

The role involves planning, executing, and optimizing paid campaigns, identifying target audiences, and working closely with the sales team to convert leads into qualified opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan, execute, and optimize lead generation campaigns on Google Ads and Meta platforms
  • Generate high-quality, conversion-focused leads for real estate projects
  • Conduct audience research, keyword planning, and competitor analysis
  • Monitor campaign performance and optimize for CPL, CTR, and conversions
  • Manage budgets efficiently across multiple campaigns
  • Coordinate with the sales team to improve lead quality and conversion rates
  • Maintain and update lead data using CRM tools
  • Stay updated with the latest trends and platform updates in digital advertising
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Proven experience in Lead Generation with strong expertise in Google Ads and Meta Ads (mandatory)
  • Demonstrated ability to generate consistent, high-quality leads at optimized cost
  • Strong understanding of campaign structure, targeting, and performance optimization
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills
  • Experience in sales coordination and lead nurturing
  • Ability to research market trends and identify growth opportunities
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Experience with CRM tools is an added advantage
  • Prior experience in real estate marketing is highly preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (preferred)
