Role: Lead Generation Specialist (Google & Meta Ads Focus)This is a full-time hybrid role based in Bengaluru, with flexibility for partial remote work. The Lead Generation Specialist will be primarily responsible for driving high-quality leads through Google Ads and Meta (Facebook & Instagram) platforms .
The role involves planning, executing, and optimizing paid campaigns, identifying target audiences, and working closely with the sales team to convert leads into qualified opportunities.
Key Responsibilities- Plan, execute, and optimize lead generation campaigns on Google Ads and Meta platforms
- Generate high-quality, conversion-focused leads for real estate projects
- Conduct audience research, keyword planning, and competitor analysis
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize for CPL, CTR, and conversions
- Manage budgets efficiently across multiple campaigns
- Coordinate with the sales team to improve lead quality and conversion rates
- Maintain and update lead data using CRM tools
- Stay updated with the latest trends and platform updates in digital advertising
- Proven experience in Lead Generation with strong expertise in Google Ads and Meta Ads (mandatory)
- Demonstrated ability to generate consistent, high-quality leads at optimized cost
- Strong understanding of campaign structure, targeting, and performance optimization
- Excellent communication and analytical skills
- Experience in sales coordination and lead nurturing
- Ability to research market trends and identify growth opportunities
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Experience with CRM tools is an added advantage
- Prior experience in real estate marketing is highly preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (preferred)
- A performance-driven marketer with a strong hands-on hold in Google Ads & Meta Ads , who can independently manage campaigns and deliver measurable lead generation results.
