Role Overview
We are looking for a highly driven Brand Manager to lead content, influencer marketing, brand campaigns, and creative execution across all channels.
This role is ideal for someone who can take ownership of the entire brand ecosystem from planning content and coordinating shoots to managing influencers and executing product launch campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
Content & Creative
- Plan and manage monthly content calendars
- Develop creative concepts for product launches and campaigns
- Coordinate with designers, videographers, editors, and creators
- Ensure consistent brand communication across all platforms
- Approve content before publishing
Influencer Marketing
- Build and manage influencer partnerships
- Coordinate product seeding and collaborations
- Track influencer performance and ROI
- Scale influencer-generated content for marketing campaigns
Photoshoots & Content Production
- Plan and execute photo and video shoots
- Coordinate models, locations, photographers, and creators
- Create shoot briefs and shot lists
- Ensure timely delivery of content assets
Brand Campaigns
- Lead launch campaigns for new collections
- Coordinate with the performance marketing team
- Develop campaign concepts and promotional strategies
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize creative direction
Market & Competitor Research
- Stay updated with fashion, content, and social media trends
- Track competitor campaigns and launches
- Identify opportunities to strengthen the XTREMEX brand
Requirements
- 2–5+ years of experience in fashion, D2C, lifestyle, or consumer brands
- Strong understanding of content creation and social media
- Experience managing influencers and brand collaborations
- Excellent project management and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Creative mindset with strong execution abilities
- Passion for fashion, branding, and digital marketing
Bonus Points
- Experience with fashion or apparel brands
- Understanding of Meta Ads creatives and performance marketing
- Experience managing content production teams
- Familiarity with Canva, CapCut, Photoshop, or creative tools
