Budgeting & Forecasting

• Develop annual budgets and periodic forecasts in collaboration with business units.
• Monitor adherence to budgets and highlight variances.

Financial Modeling

• Build and maintain financial models for scenario analysis, profitability, and investment decisions.
• Support strategic initiatives with data-driven insights.

Performance Analysis

• Conduct variance analysis (actual vs. budget/forecast) and identify key drivers.
• Provide actionable recommendations to improve financial performance.

Reporting

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for senior management.
• Create dashboards and KPIs for business performance tracking.

Business Partnering

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align financial goals with operational strategies.
• Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders.

Process Improvement

• Identify opportunities to streamline financial processes and enhance reporting accuracy.
• Implement best practices in planning and analysis.

Required Skills & Competencies

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel , financial modelling , and data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau).
• Knowledge of accounting principles , financial statements , and variance analysis .

• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Qualifications

• Professional certifications (CA, CMA)
• 5–6 years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or management reporting.
• Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP, CO, Oracle) and BI tools.
