Role Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Affiliate Manager to support the execution and management of digital marketing campaigns. The role involves coordinating campaign launches, monitoring performance, ensuring delivery targets are achieved, and working closely with Sales, Account Management, and partner networks to drive successful campaign outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in launching and managing affiliate marketing campaigns.
• Coordinate with publishers and affiliates for campaign delivery.
• Monitor campaign pacing, volumes, and performance metrics.
• Share tracking links, creatives, and campaign updates with partners.
• Follow up with affiliates to ensure delivery targets are met.
• Track installs, leads, conversions, and campaign quality.
• Coordinate with Sales, Account Management, and Ad Operations teams.
• Prepare campaign reports and performance updates.
• Identify optimization opportunities to improve delivery and performance.
• Ensure compliance with campaign guidelines and quality standards.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in Affiliate Marketing, Operations, Campaign Management, or Digital Marketing.
• Basic understanding of CPI, CPA, CPL, and performance marketing models.
• Good Knowledge about MMPs like Appsflyer, Singular, Branch, Adjust, Trackier, etc.
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
• Strong analytical and coordination skills.
• Comfortable working with data and reporting. Proficiency in MS Excel and Google Sheets.
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
