Role- Transformation Program Manager\nRequired Technical Skill Set- role requires strong program governance, stakeholder leadership, financial control, and execution rigor\nDesired Experience Range-10-15 yrs\nLocation of Requirement - Noida only\n\nExperience & Qualifications\n15+ years of overall experience in technology or business transformation\n5+ years leading large‑scale transformation programs or portfolios\nDemonstrated experience managing multiple vendors and 3rd ‑ party tool implementations\nPrior experience in large enterprise or global accounts preferred\nProgram/Project Management certification (PMP, PgMP, SAFe, PRINCE2) – preferred\n\nDesired Competencies (Technical/Behavioral Competency)\nMust-Have\nThe Transformation Lead will act as the end ‑ to ‑ end Program Manager for digital and automation transformation across a large, complex enterprise account. The role is accountable for strategy-to-execution delivery of initiatives spanning RPA, Power BI & Analytics, COTS platforms, and 3rd ‑ party technical tools , while leading multiple cross‑functional teams and ensuring measurable business outcomes.\n\nGood-to-Have\nThis role requires strong program governance, stakeholder leadership, financial control, and execution rigor , combined with hands‑on understanding of enterprise technology transformations.\n\nKey Skills & Competencies\nStrong Program Management capability in large, multi‑year transformation programs\nProven experience with RPA, BI/Analytics (Power BI), COTS platforms , and vendor‑led solutions\nExecutive‑level stakeholder management and communication skills\nStrong financial, risk, and dependency management\nAbility to operate in complex, matrixed enterprise environments\nOutcome‑focused mindset with strong problem‑solving and decision‑making skills\n\nKey Responsibilities\n1. Transformation & Program Leadership\nOwn and drive the overall transformation roadmap across automation, analytics, and enterprise tools for the account\nTranslate business objectives into structured programs, releases, and delivery plans\nEnsure alignment between business outcomes, technology solutions, and operational change\nAct as the single point of accountability for transformation delivery across multiple initiatives\n\n2.

Program & Delivery Management\nLead multiple concurrent workstreams (RPA, BI/Power BI, COTS, integrations, 3rd‑party tools)\nEstablish and run program governance : cadence, steering committees, RAID, dependencies, and milestones\nDrive on ‑ time, on ‑ budget, high ‑ quality delivery across all initiatives\nProactively manage risks, issues, and cross‑team dependencies\nEnsure adherence to agreed scope, timelines, and quality standards\n\n3. Technology & Solution Oversight\nProvide delivery leadership across:\nRPA platforms (e.g., UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism)\nPower BI / Analytics solutions (data models, dashboards, reporting adoption)\nCOTS platforms (ERP, procurement, finance, HR, CRM, or domain‑specific tools)\n3rd ‑ party technical tools and vendor‑led implementations\nWork closely with architects and technical leads to ensure fit ‑ for ‑ purpose solutions\nEnsure integrations, data flows, and security standards are well governed\n\n4. Stakeholder & Client Management\nServe as the primary transformation interface for senior client stakeholders\nDrive executive ‑ level communication , including progress, risks, and value realization\nManage expectations and resolve conflicts across business, IT, vendors, and delivery teams\nLead QBRs, steering committee updates, and transformation reviews\n\n5.

Financial & Commercial Management\nOwn program financials including budgets, forecasts, burn, and benefits tracking\nDrive value realization : productivity gains, savings, automation ROI, and adoption metrics\nSupport commercial discussions including change requests, scope trade‑offs, and prioritization\nEnsure financial transparency and strong cost control across initiatives\n\n6. Team Leadership & Ways of Working\nLead and mentor multiple small, cross ‑ functional teams (PMs, analysts, developers, vendors)\nSet clear goals, delivery standards, and accountability across teams\nDrive agile, hybrid, or waterfall delivery models as appropriate\nFoster a culture of ownership, speed, quality, and continuous improvement
