Role: AI Risk Governance Engineer (Open to all nationals)\nType: Full time Permanent\nLocation: Abu Dhabi, UAE (Onsite) - Visa sponsored\n\nSkills: AI Governance, AI/ML Lifecycle Management, Python, Model Risk Management, AI Inventory, Data Governance, Risk Assessment, Power BI/Tableau, Reporting & Monitoring\n\nExperience: 2-4 years\nRequisites:\nSupport implementation and enhancement of the AI Risk Management and Governance framework across the AI lifecycle.\nMaintain and manage the central AI inventory repository, ensuring accurate classification, lifecycle tracking, and governance compliance.\nAssist with AI risk assessments, governance workflows, approvals, and control checkpoints.\nWork closely with AI/ML engineering teams to ensure solutions align with governance, monitoring, explainability, and audit requirements.\nDevelop dashboards and reporting for AI inventory, model performance, drift, fairness, and operational risk metrics.\nAutomate governance and reporting workflows using Python or similar technologies.\nCollaborate with business, technology, compliance, audit, and risk stakeholders to support responsible AI practices.\nUnderstanding of AI/ML concepts, lifecycle management, and data governance frameworks.\n\nNice to Have:\nExperience with model governance, metadata management, or lifecycle tracking platforms.\nExposure to regulated environments such as banking or financial services.\nExperience with Power BI or Tableau reporting solutions.\n\nInterested?
