ServiceNow ITOM

• Develop and implement ServiceNow ITOM suite components, including:
• CSDM
• CMDB
• Discovery
• Service Mapping
• Event Management
• Understand infrastructure environment setup (Server, Network, Storage, etc.).
• Work with monitoring tools and integrate them with ServiceNow.
• Perform unit testing, system integration testing, performance testing, and user acceptance testing.
• Create repeatable processes for development, testing, staging, and production environments ensuring reliability and high availability.
• Develop integrations using REST API, SOAP, or other technologies.
• Work with base platform features and reporting capabilities.
• Adhere to Agile/Scrum methodology and ITIL standards.
• Ensure compliance with the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).

Required Qualifications

• ServiceNow Certified Systems Administrator.
• Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodology.
• Basic understanding of ITIL/industry standards.
• Familiarity with SDLC processes.

Technical Skills

• ServiceNow ITOM suite (CSDM, CMDB, Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management).
• Basic knowledge of Cloud fundamentals and Windows/Unix administration.
• Intermediate understanding of infrastructure environments.
• Scripting and RegEx expertise:
• JavaScript
• Unix Shell scripting
• Windows scripting
• PowerShell
• Integration experience using REST API, SOAP, JDBC, SFTP.

• Ability to participate and provide feedback during planning meetings (pre-iteration and retrospectives).

Preferred Certifications

• ITIL V3/V4 Foundation Certification.
