Job Summary:\n\nThe Sales Back Office Executive is responsible for providing administrative and operational support to the sales team to ensure smooth sales processes and customer satisfaction. This role involves handling order processing, customer communication, data entry, preparing quotes, coordinating with logistics, and maintaining records to support overall sales functions.\n\nKey Responsibilities:\n\nProcess customer orders, quotations, and invoices accurately and timely in the system (ERP/CRM).\nSupport the sales team by preparing sales proposals, contracts, and related documentation.\nCommunicate with customers regarding order status, deliveries, and other post-sales support queries.\nCoordinate with warehouse, logistics, and finance teams to ensure on-time deliveries and billing. Maintain and update customer records, sales reports, and inventory databases.\nAssist in the preparation of sales performance reports and presentations for management.\nFollow up with clients for payments, pending documents, or other necessary requirements.\nHandle administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, filing, and responding to emails.\nProvide excellent internal and external customer service to ensure client satisfaction.\nEnsure compliance with company policies, procedures, and quality standards.\n\nRequirements:\n\nBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales in the Aerospace and Defence industry.\n3 to5 years of experience in a similar back-office or sales coordination role.\nProficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); knowledge of ERP/CRM systems is a plus.\nStrong organizational and multitasking skills.\nExcellent communication skills (written and verbal).\nAttention to detail and accuracy.
