SAP FICO Functional Consultant

We are looking for an SAP FICO Functional Consultant with 3–4 years of experience in SAP Finance and Controlling modules. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in SAP FICO configuration, support, testing, and business process analysis, along with a good understanding of finance and accounting processes.

Shift Hours: 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM IST.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure and support SAP FICO modules including General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Asset Accounting (AA), and Bank Accounting.
• Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP solutions.
• Work closely with business users to resolve functional issues and provide system support.
• Prepare functional specifications and coordinate with technical teams for developments and enhancements.
• Perform unit testing, integration testing, and support user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Support month-end and year-end financial closing activities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including MM and SD modules.
• Maintain functional documentation and process-related records.

Required Skills

• 3–4 years of SAP FICO functional experience.
• Strong knowledge of GL, AP, AR, AA, Cost Center Accounting, and Profit Center Accounting.
• Experience in SAP configuration and support activities.
• Understanding of integration between SAP FICO and MM/SD modules.
• Experience in requirement gathering, testing, and issue resolution.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills

• Exposure to SAP S/4HANA.
• Knowledge of GST, TDS, and Indian taxation processes.
• SAP FICO certification is a plus.

Education

Bachelor‘s degree in Commerce, Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, or a related field.
