Senior Manager - Digital Marketing
Job Description
· Lead school-wide performance marketing campaigns, including lead generation and brand campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, programmatic display, and emerging platforms. · Amplify brand and thought leadership content through targeted paid promotion to strengthen ISB’s reputation. Event Marketing Support · Collaborate with programme teams and admissions to plan and execute digital campaigns supporting key events, webinars, and information sessions.
· Oversee paid promotions and retargeting strategies to drive event registrations and engagement. Campaign Execution & Vendor Management · Manage relationships with digital agencies, media partners, and technology vendors for campaign delivery and optimisation. · Oversee creative development and content adaptation in collaboration with the brand, content, and design teams, ensuring consistent messaging and visual standards.
· Supervise campaign tagging, tracking, and attribution (GTM, enhanced conversions, and remarketing). Marketing Automation & CRM Integration · Collaborate with CRM and admissions teams to align digital marketing campaigns with lead nurturing workflows, scoring models, and personalised communication journeys. · Support marketing automation initiatives to drive prospect engagement and accelerate funnel progression.
Analytics, Reporting & Optimisation · Build dashboards and performance reports to measure the impact of campaigns across channels and programmes. · Lead experimentation and A/B testing to continuously improve audience targeting, messaging, and creative effectiveness. · Analyse audience data, market insights, and competitive trends to refine digital strategy and investments.
Cross-Functional Collaboration · Partner with programme teams, admissions, and research centres to support campaigns for programmes, events, and broader institutional priorities. · Work closely with the communications and brand teams to drive consistency across school-level marketing initiatives. Budget & Governance · Manage budgets for all digital marketing initiatives, ensuring cost-effectiveness and ROI.
· Implement processes, workflows, and governance standards to ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and advertising policies. Key Skills & Competencies · Strong expertise in digital and performance marketing strategy and execution across search, social, display, and content channels. · Proficiency with analytics platforms (Google Analytics, GA4), CRM systems (Salesforce preferred), and marketing automation tools.
· Experience planning and executing campaigns to support event marketing and brand building. · Excellent project management skills with the ability to drive cross-functional alignment. · Strong vendor management and negotiation capabilities.
· Exceptional communication, analytical thinking, and stakeholder management skills. Qualifications & Experience · Postgraduate degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. · 8–12 years of experience in digital marketing, with exposure to performance marketing, event marketing, and content amplification.
· Proven track record of delivering high-impact digital campaigns and measurable business results.
