Guest Relations Executive

Position Summary:

Foodstories is a destination for curated global ingredients and artisanal food experiences. As a Guest Relations Executive (GRE), you will be the face of our store—providing a warm, engaging, and personalized service to every guest. Your role is pivotal in upholding our luxury service standards and ensuring a memorable shopping experience for our discerning clientele.

The Role:

• Greet guests with a refined and welcoming presence.
• Understand and articulate the unique offerings across our gourmet categories including cheeses,
• charcuterie, exotic produce, bakery, condiments, and imported selections.
• Provide curated product recommendations tailored to customer preferences.
• Coordinate with in-store experts and department heads to ensure seamless service.
• Handle queries, feedback, and complaints professionally, ensuring complete customer satisfaction.
• Build lasting relationships with high-value customers and maintain CRM entries.
• Share updates on exclusive launches, tasting events, and promotions.
• Ensure visual and service excellence across the customer touchpoints.
• Maintain store ambiance and uphold Foodstories brand aesthetics.
• Assist in loyalty program registrations and clienteling activities.

Candidate Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Retail, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in premium customer service, luxury retail, or hospitality.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English; multilingual skills are a plus.
• Well-groomed, confident, and emotionally intelligent with a passion for food.
• Strong product knowledge or willingness to learn about gourmet foods and global culinary trends.
• Experience with POS and CRM tools is desirable.

Work Conditions:

• Rotational shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
• Standing for extended periods.
