Operations Executive\nAbout the Role\nWe are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Operations Executive to support business operations, CRM management, MIS reporting, and process improvement initiatives. The role will work closely with leadership and cross-functional teams to ensure operational efficiency, data accuracy, and actionable business insights that drive performance and decision-making.\nKey Responsibilities\nManage and maintain CRM systems, ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and user compliance.\nPrepare and publish daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports and dashboards.\nTrack business, sales, operational, and productivity KPIs and provide performance insights.\nAnalyze data trends, identify gaps, and recommend corrective actions to improve business outcomes.\nSupport leadership with reporting, forecasting, and business performance reviews.\nDevelop, document, and improve operational processes, SOPs, and workflows.\nDrive process improvement and automation initiatives to enhance efficiency and productivity.\nCollaborate with Sales, Marketing, Student Success, Finance, HR, and other teams to support operational requirements.\nEnsure compliance with established processes, reporting standards, and operational controls.\nRequirements\nBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations, Analytics, Management, or a related field.\n2–5 years of experience in Operations, MIS, Business Analytics, CRM Administration, or Process Management.\nStrong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools.\nExperience working with CRM platforms such as Zoho, HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar systems.\nStrong analytical, problem-solving, and data interpretation skills.\nExcellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management abilities.\nExperience with Power BI, Looker Studio, or other dashboarding tools will be an added advantage.\nWhat We're Looking For\nStrong attention to detail and data accuracy.\nProcess-driven mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.\nAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.\nProactive, solution-oriented, and highly organized professional.
