Job Description
Salesforce Presales SME experience of min 5 years. Should have worked on 10+ opportunities.\nShould have experience in building end to end Salesforce proposals based on available information\nExtremely strong in Power point and Excel (Ideally should have his own set of PPT, Excel templates, strong\nExperience in working on RFPs, Solutions, Offerings, Pricing & margin calculations.\nShould be able to estimate efforts needed for provided salesforce scope of work.\nStrong Functional understanding of Salesforce ecosystem and its offerings.\nSupport architect while building salesforce proposals and contribute into salesforce solutioning and design.\nStrong and effective in communication. Should be able to own the internal and external demos for proof of concepts.\nBased on need, Participate and Engage with Customers in discovery workshops to gather detailed requirements, define scope.
Act as a supporting function to Architect.\nCertifications needed: Admin. Sales cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud.\nNice to Have: CPQ, Field Service, Any Industry cloud (Manufacturing Cloud, health Cloud, B2B & B2C Commerce Cloud, Field Service, CPG etc)\nShould be well versed with latest jargons in the Salesforce ecosystem like Agentforce.\nShould display key characters of accountability, ownership, agility and Collaboration.\nSuccess factors include:\nAgility\nCustomer Focus\nAwareness of the latest trends and patterns emerging from customer preferences\nGood communication\nResult driven approach
