Position: Workday Payroll Integration Specialist\nLocation: Remote\nDuration: 11 Months\n\nPosition Summary\nWe are looking for a skilled Workday Payroll Integration Specialist with strong expertise in payroll integrations, configuration, and reporting within Workday environments. This role will support third-party payroll integrations, payroll data validation, testing activities, and reporting initiatives while collaborating with cross-functional and global teams.\nThe ideal candidate will be fluent in both Spanish and English and possess hands-on experience with Workday payroll integration tools, payroll processes, and reporting solutions.\nKey Responsibilities\nConfigure and maintain Workday payroll settings for third-party payroll providers, including:\nPay groups\nPayroll schedules\nPay codes\nWage type mappings\nDesign, develop, maintain, and troubleshoot Workday payroll integrations using:\nPECI\nPICOF\nCCW\nWorkday Studio\nCreate and maintain advanced payroll-related reports including:\nAdvanced Reports\nMatrix Reports\nComposite Reports\nSupport payroll implementations, enhancements, and integration initiatives\nCollaborate with functional, technical, and business teams to gather requirements and deliver effective payroll solutions\nDevelop and execute SIT and UAT test cases for payroll integrations and payroll data validation\nTroubleshoot payroll integration issues and ensure timely resolution of defects and data discrepancies\nSupport payroll reconciliation, compliance validation, and data accuracy checks\nParticipate in deployment activities, integration testing, and post-production support\nWork independently on assigned technical tasks while managing deadlines and priorities effectively\nProvide clear communication and status updates to project stakeholders and leadership teams\nRequired Qualifications\nFluency in both Spanish and English (verbal and written)\nStrong hands-on experience with Workday Payroll configuration and integrations\nExpertise with Workday integration technologies including:\nPECI\nPICOF\nCCW\nWorkday Studio\nExperience supporting third-party payroll integrations within Workday\nStrong understanding of payroll processing, payroll mapping, and payroll compliance requirements\nExperience developing advanced payroll-related reports in Workday\nAbility to create and execute payroll-focused SIT and UAT test scenarios\nStrong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities\nAbility to work independently with minimal supervision\nExcellent communication and stakeholder management skills\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience working in global payroll environments\nExperience supporting enterprise HRIS or payroll transformation projects\nFamiliarity with Agile or hybrid project methodologies\nExposure to large-scale system implementations and integration testing initiatives\nStrong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple concurrent priorities\nTechnical Skills\nWorkday Payroll Configuration\nWorkday Studio\nPECI\nPICOF\nCCW\nAdvanced Workday Reporting\nMatrix Reports\nComposite Reports\nPayroll Data Validation\nThird-Party Payroll Integrations\nSIT/UAT Testing & Support\nPayroll Compliance & Reconciliation
