Hiring: Head of Department (HOD) – Computer Science & Engineering (CSE)\nLocation: Barasat\nSalary: Negotiable\nExperience: Ph.D. + 10+ Years Experience\nRole:\nLead and manage the Computer Science & Engineering Department while ensuring academic excellence, research growth, industry collaboration, and compliance with AICTE, MAKAUT, NBA, and NAAC standards.\nKey Responsibilities:\nProvide academic, administrative, and strategic leadership to the CSE Department.\nPlan and monitor curriculum delivery, academic schedules, and departmental activities.\nSupervise faculty members and ensure quality teaching-learning processes.\nEnsure compliance with AICTE, MAKAUT, NBA, NAAC, and other regulatory requirements.\nPromote research, publications, patents, funded projects, and consultancy activities.\nEstablish industry collaborations, internships, and placement opportunities.\nMonitor student performance, mentoring, and academic outcomes.\nOrganize FDPs, workshops, seminars, hackathons, and technical events.\nPrepare departmental reports, budgets, and accreditation documentation.\nSupport admissions, student development, and institutional growth initiatives.\nRequirements:\nB.E./B.Tech, M.E./M.Tech, and Ph.D. in Computer Science & Engineering or relevant specialization.\nMinimum 10 years of teaching/research/industry experience.\nStrong leadership and academic administration experience.\nProven record of research publications, accreditation activities, and faculty management.\nKnowledge of AICTE, NBA, NAAC, and MAKAUT regulations.\n\nHiring: Professor – Computer Science & Engineering (CSE)\nLocation: Barasat\nSalary: Negotiable\nExperience: Ph.D.

+ 10+ Years Experience\nRole:\nProvide academic and research leadership while contributing to teaching, innovation, industry collaboration, and institutional development.\nKey Responsibilities:\nTeach undergraduate and postgraduate courses in Computer Science & Engineering.\nGuide student projects, internships, dissertations, and research activities.\nSupervise Ph.D. scholars and mentor faculty members.\nConduct high-quality research and publish papers in reputed journals and conferences.\nLead funded research projects, consultancy assignments, and innovation initiatives.\nDevelop and update curriculum in line with emerging technologies and AICTE guidelines.\nContribute to NBA, NAAC, AICTE, and University compliance activities.\nPromote industry-academia collaboration and placement initiatives.\nOrganize FDPs, workshops, seminars, conferences, and technical events.\nAssist in academic planning and institutional development.\nRequirements:\nB.E./B.Tech and M.E./M.Tech in Computer Science & Engineering or allied discipline with First Class.\nPh.D. in relevant specialization.\nMinimum 10 years teaching/research/industry experience, including at least 5 years as Associate Professor OR 13 years overall experience.\nStrong publication, patent, and research project record.\nExperience in curriculum development and accreditation processes.\n\nHiring: Associate Professor – Computer Science & Engineering (CSE)\nLocation: Barasat\nSalary: Negotiable\nExperience: Ph.D.

+ 5+ Years Experience\nRole:\nContribute to teaching, research, curriculum development, and departmental growth while mentoring students and junior faculty members.\nKey Responsibilities:\nTeach core and advanced Computer Science & Engineering subjects.\nGuide undergraduate projects, internships, and research activities.\nConduct and publish research in reputed journals and conferences.\nMentor Assistant Professors and support academic planning.\nDevelop course materials, laboratory infrastructure, and curriculum.\nParticipate in accreditation and quality assurance activities.\nOrganize workshops, seminars, FDPs, coding competitions, and industry interaction programs.\nSupport admissions, placements, consultancy, and institutional development activities.\nUndertake academic and administrative responsibilities assigned by the HOD and Principal.\nRequirements:\nB.E./B.Tech and M.E./M.Tech in Computer Science & Engineering or relevant specialization with First Class.\nPh.D. in relevant discipline.\nMinimum 5 years teaching/research/industry experience, preferably with 2 years post-Ph.D. experience.\nStrong research and publication record.\nExperience in curriculum development and academic administration.\n\nHiring: Assistant Professor – Computer Science & Engineering (CSE)\nLocation: Barasat\nSalary: Negotiable\nExperience: 1–2 Years (Freshers with excellent academic background may apply)\nRole:\nDeliver quality education in Computer Science & Engineering, support research activities, and contribute to student development and departmental growth.\nKey Responsibilities:\nTeach undergraduate engineering courses in Computer Science & Engineering.\nPrepare lesson plans, study materials, assignments, and assessment tools.\nConduct laboratory sessions in programming, databases, networking, AI, machine learning, cloud computing, cybersecurity, and related areas.\nEvaluate student performance and maintain academic records.\nMentor students and provide academic guidance.\nParticipate in research, publications, FDPs, workshops, and seminars.\nAssist in curriculum development and laboratory management.\nSupport accreditation and quality assurance initiatives.\nContribute to admissions, student activities, and placement support programs.\nPerform academic and administrative duties assigned by the HOD or Management.\nRequirements:\nB.E./B.Tech and M.E./M.Tech in Computer Science & Engineering, Information Technology, AI & ML, Data Science, or allied disciplines.\nFirst Class or equivalent either in B.E./B.Tech or M.E./M.Tech.\nPh.D.
