Job Description
Our learners are mid-to-senior executives, product leaders, entrepreneurs, and decision-makers who bring significant industry experience to the classroom. They need faculty who can match their depth of expertise, connect product strategy to business outcomes, and translate complex product challenges into actionable decision\n\ns.\nKey Responsibiliti\nes:Deliver live, instructor-led sessions to cohorts of experienced professiona\nls.Teach concepts across product strategy, product leadership, innovation management, customer-centricity, product portfolio management, platform thinking, product operations, and digital product transformation depending on assigned module(\ns).Bridge product concepts with business strategy, growth, customer experience, and organizational objectiv\nes.Facilitate discussions, case studies, simulations, and applied exercises that resonate with senior product and business leade\nrs.Adapt delivery in real time based on audience background, industry context, and engagement leve\nls.Collaborate with the academics team on session design, case selection, assessments, and learning outcomes where need\n\ned.\nWhat we’re looking\n\nfor:\nExperience & Backgr\nound-15+ years of industry experience in Product Management, Product Leadership, Product Strategy, Innovation, Digital Transformation, Technology Leadership, or related dom\nains.Demonstrated ability to build, scale, and manage products that drive measurable business outc\nomes.Prior experience working with senior leadership teams, founders, CXOs, engineering leaders, and business stakehol\nders.Exposure to one or more industries such as Technology, SaaS, E-commerce, FinTech, Healthcare, Consumer Products, Media, or Consul\nting.Teaching & Communica\ntion-Ability to explain complex product and business concepts clearly to a highly experienced audi\nence.Strong facilitation skills with the ability to engage, challenge, and influence senior professio\nnals.Comfort with case-based, discussion-driven pedagogy rather than purely lecture-led deli\nvery.Prior experience in executive education, management development programs (MDPs), leadership training, or corporate workshops is highly prefe\nrred.Min\ndset-Comfortable handling challenging, experience-driven questions from senior lear\nners.Brings real-world product successes, failures, frameworks, and market insights into the class\nroom.Able to balance strategic thinking with practical execution reali\nties.Passionate about developing future product leaders and helping organizations build customer-centric products at s\n\ncale.\nPreferred Qualifica\ntions:Experience serving as a Chief Product Officer, VP Product, Head of Product, Product Director, Founder, Product Consultant, or advisor to leadership\nteams.Familiarity with modern product management practices including AI-enabled products, platform businesses, product-led growth (PLG), experimentation, customer discovery, and product anal\nytics.Background in one or more of the following areas: Product Strategy, Product Leadership, Product Operations, Innovation Management, Platform Products, Growth Product Management, Digital Transformation, or Product Anal\nytics.MBA, Master's degree, or equivalent qualification from a reputed institution; advanced qualifications are a strong adva\nntage.Experience leading cross-functional teams across product, engineering, design, data, and business functions is highly pref\n\nerred.
