Designation - Customer Support Executive

Qualification - HSC / Graduate Freshers - Can also apply

Shifts - Rotational shifts (Shift Window- 3:30am to 3:30pm)

Working Days - 5 days working | 2 rotational week-offs

Location - Malad, Mumbai


Immediate Joiners Preferred


Roles & Responsibilities:

- Handle customer queries through voice (Australian Customers).

- Deliver accurate information and ensure customer satisfaction.

- Troubleshoot and escalate issues when required.

- Maintain high-quality service standards in all interactions.

- Follow process guidelines and meet performance metrics


(Domain Knowledge - BPO Voice/ Customer Service)

Communication - Excellent English Communication
