We're looking for a People & Culture Specialist who can independently drive employee engagement, workplace culture, employer branding, internal communications, and employee experience initiatives across the organization.


Responsibilities :

  • Own and execute the employee engagement calendar, including celebrations, team-building activities, and company-wide events.
  • Drive employee recognition and rewards programs to foster a positive and high-performing culture.
  • Manage internal communications, including newsletters, announcements, leadership updates, and engagement campaigns.
  • Partner with teams to enhance employee experience and strengthen workplace culture.
  • Plan and execute wellness, learning, and community-building initiatives.
  • Support employer branding efforts through employee stories, culture content, and social media campaigns.
  • Gather employee feedback through surveys and engagement initiatives and help implement action plans.
  • Coordinate with vendors and manage budgets related to engagement and culture programs.
  • Track engagement metrics and provide insights to leadership on participation, employee sentiment, and program effectiveness.
  • Support key HR initiatives related to employee lifecycle, retention, and workplace experience.


Requirements :

  • 4–6 years of experience in Employee Engagement, People & Culture, HRBP, Employee Experience, or Employer Branding roles.
  • Proven experience in planning and executing employee engagement and culture initiatives.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience creating internal communication campaigns and employee-focused programs.
  • Ability to independently manage multiple projects and deliver results with minimal supervision.
  • Creative mindset with strong organizational and execution skills.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
  • Proficiency with HRMS tools, engagement platforms, or survey tools is a plus.
