Role Summary
We are building an AI-native B2B intelligence platform. You will build our core Agentic Harness — a performant, configurable agent layer that powers everything from our database search to sourcing and selling agents. This is a hands-on builder role focused on system design, observability, and agent performance.

Skills Required
Must Have:
- 8+ years of experience in business leadership, operations, or GM roles, ideally within enterprise SaaS, B2B marketplaces, or tech-enabled operations.
- Proven experience building and scaling lean operations using outsourced partners and automation.
- Strong cross-functional leadership skills; ability to align sales, marketing, operations, and product engineering.
- Strategic thinker with a deep understanding of B2B go-to-market motions and enterprise sales cycles.
- High operational rigor and a bias toward data-driven decision-making.
Good To Have
- Experience scaling early-stage businesses or new business units from 0 to 1.
- Familiarity with leveraging AI/LLM tools for operational efficiency.
