Role Summary

We are building an AI-native B2B intelligence platform. You will build our core Agentic Harness — a performant, configurable agent layer that powers everything from our database search to sourcing and selling agents. This is a hands-on builder role focused on system design, observability, and agent performance.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Own the P&L, business strategy, and key growth metrics for the platf

  • ing.Design and oversee outsourced operational models (agencies) to scale supply acquisition, profile enrichment, and demand processing efficien

  • eds.Make key decisions on pricing, go-to-market strategy, and operational scal
  • ing.Step in to close high-value enterprise pilots and strategic ecosystem partnerships when necessary

Skills Required

Must Have:

  • 8+ years of experience in business leadership, operations, or GM roles, ideally within enterprise SaaS, B2B marketplaces, or tech-enabled operations.
  • Proven experience building and scaling lean operations using outsourced partners and automation.
  • Strong cross-functional leadership skills; ability to align sales, marketing, operations, and product engineering.
  • Strategic thinker with a deep understanding of B2B go-to-market motions and enterprise sales cycles.
  • High operational rigor and a bias toward data-driven decision-making.

Good To Have

  • Experience scaling early-stage businesses or new business units from 0 to 1.
  • Familiarity with leveraging AI/LLM tools for operational efficiency.
