Job Summary\nWe are setting up a state-of-the-art Soft Close Cabinet Hinge manufacturing plant with fully automatic robotic assembly lines, semi-automatic machines, and manual assembly stations. We are looking for a hands-on Mechanical Engineer with strong experience in automated assembly systems, Special Purpose Machines (SPMs), PLC-controlled equipment, servo motors, sensors, pneumatics, and robotic arms.\nThe selected candidate will undergo technical training overseas with machine manufacturers and will subsequently lead the installation, commissioning, operation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of the complete manufacturing facility in India.\n\nKey Responsibilities\nUndergo overseas training on automated hinge assembly machines and manufacturing processes.\nLead machine installation, commissioning, testing, and production ramp-up.\nOperate, troubleshoot, and maintain robotic assembly lines, PLC-based machines, servo systems, sensors, pneumatic cylinders, and automation equipment.\nEnsure maximum machine uptime, productivity, quality, and process efficiency.\nDevelop preventive maintenance systems and manage technical spare parts.\nTrain operators, technicians, and supervisors on machine operation and maintenance.\nEstablish SOPs, process controls, and quality standards.\nDrive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, quality, and cost efficiency.\nSpearhead the overall manufacturing process and provide technical leadership for the plant.\n\nQualifications & Experience\nBachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field.\n5-8 years of hands-on experience with automated assembly machines, robotics, and industrial automation.\nStrong knowledge of PLCs, servo motors, sensors, pneumatics, robotic arms, and Special Purpose Machines (SPMs).\nExperience in high-volume manufacturing environments is preferred.\nWillingness to travel internationally for training and project implementation.\n\nSalary Package: 4.8LPA -6 LPA\n\nDesired Profile\nA proactive, technically strong engineer with excellent troubleshooting, project management, and leadership skills, capable of independently driving the successful implementation and operation of a highly automated manufacturing facility.
