With a strong focus on sustainability and long-term value creation, Birlasoft transforms enterprises and communities, earning its reputation as a trusted partner and one of the best places to work.\n\nRole: Assistant Manager-R2R\n\nLocation: Pune\n\nEducational Qualification: Qualified Chartered Accountant\n\nExperience : 6-8 Years\n\nRole & responsibilities:\nResponsible and accountable for accurate and timely preparation of consolidated books of accounts & financial Reports.\nEnsure timely issuance of Consolidated Balance Sheet, Profit and Loss Statement, Cash Flow Statement, Statement of Changes in Equity and Schedules to the Statements as per applicable accounting standards as a part of the period-end close process to the requisite stakeholders.\nCompliance of SEBI LODR guidelines, data for RPT compliance.\nEnsuring accounting for critical aspects ESOP, Business combinations etc.\nEnsure extremely high standards of accuracy are maintained in representation of financial data and ensure timely and error-free statutory financial reporting\nPrepare the Related Party Transactions Schedule/reconciliation at period-end to ensure accurate consolidation of financials\nAssist external auditors with smooth query resolution for issues related to consolidation by giving complete, timely and accurate responses to information requests\nUtilize existing technology systems optimally to improve overall efficiency and achieve faster delivery of the Consolidation process\nProvide recommendations to improve current Consolidation process by reducing overall Turn-Around-Time (TAT) of the process to improve reporting speed and efficiency\nAccountable for meeting and prioritizing own targets and improving performance by focusing on self-learning\n\nExperience and Qualification:\nQualified Chartered Accountant with minimum 5+ years of experience in Financial Consolidation preferably in same/ similar industry\nKnowledge and experience of SAP S4 HANA – ERP system\nSound understanding of various Financial Accounting Standards (local and global) and Accounting Principles\nExpert in tools and systems for Financial Consolidation
