Job Role: Scandinavian Country payroll ( Denmark Norway Sweden) -Payroll experience\nLocation: Nagpur\nWork Mode: 100% Onsite\nImmediate Joiners preferred\n\nJob Description\n Employee is responsible for managing Clients within a defined cluster of countries in a\nregion\n Employee will be responsible for all Payroll delivery across an identified cluster of\ncountries in smooth manner\n Expected to review business, processes and keep continuous improvement towards\nsuperior delivery and gain highest client satisfaction in the entire cluster he/she is\nresponsible for respective cluster country\n Manage team of several country managers/leads and have proper governance and\nreporting framework deployment for ensuring that all exception gets addressed in\neffective manner\n Responsible for ensuring budget control for the cluster organization\n Making sure that all country specific knowledge of cluster is captured effectively and\nrecorded in system of record\n Ensure Automation level within cluster is increased\n Ensure that cluster team develops in-house capability for processing and auditing payroll\ndelivery within six to nine months of starting operations in a specific country\n\nExperience: 6-8 years
