SAP FICO Functional Analyst

Key Responsibilities

• Design and configuration of core FI/CO module in SAP which includes sub module of General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Asset Accounting, Bank Accounting, Cost centre Accounting, Profit centre Accounting, Internal order, Profitability Analysis, GST and Product costing. Estimation of product costs in integration with PP and MM modules, WIP calculation and variance settlement. Key integration points between FI/CO and other modules like SD, MM, PP
• Work on all phases of project implementation, gathering business requirements, business blueprinting, unit testing, integration testing, go-live preparation, and post-production support.
• Maximize utilization of SAP applications core functionalities and simplify customizations. Continuously monitor SAP solutions and enhancements.
• Deliver quality improvements and root-cause analysis for SAP FICO related complex business problems and issues.
• Developing business cases, defining requirements, designing functional specifications, providing user training and post-implementation support

Technical/Functional Proficiency Required

• 1. End to End SAP Implementation experience with complete overview of post go live support scenarios.
• 2. Experience in Manufacturing and IT industry with expertise on implementation and support projects.
• 3. Expertise in FICO module with complete understanding of its interface with other SAP modules like SD, MM and PP.

Educational Qualifications

CA – Intermediate, MBA Finance or master’s in commerce preferably with SAP FICO certification and having a good mix of Finance domain and SAP FICO consulting experience.

Experience Level (If applicable)

5-8 years of total experience with a good split of Finance & Accounts domain and SAP FI/CO experience with a reputed consulting firm or In-house IT team experience within a Manufacturing company having implemented SAP. The candidate should have worked on at least one end to end SAP implementation project in SAP ECC 6.0.
