Job Title: Senior AI/ML Engineer\nJob Location: Coimbatore / Chennai\nWork Mode: Onsite\n\nJob Summary:\nWe are seeking a talented Senior AI/ML Engineer to design, develop, and deploy machine learning and AI solutions. The ideal candidate will work closely with data scientists, software engineers, and product teams to implement AI-driven applications that deliver business value.\n\nKey Responsibilities:\nModel Development & Deployment:\nDesign, develop, and implement machine learning and deep learning models.\nCollaborate with data scientists to translate prototypes into production-ready solutions.\nOptimize models for accuracy, performance, and scalability.\nData Processing & Management:\nCollect, preprocess, and manage structured and unstructured data for training models.\nPerform feature engineering, selection, and extraction to enhance model performance.\nEnsure data quality, consistency, and integrity throughout the model lifecycle.\nIntegration & Collaboration:\nWork with software development and product teams to integrate AI/ML models into applications.\nParticipate in code reviews, design discussions, and team knowledge-sharing sessions.\nCommunicate technical insights and results effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.\nTesting & Validation:\nEvaluate model performance using appropriate metrics and testing frameworks.\nConduct A/B testing and validate models in production environments.\nTroubleshoot and resolve issues related to model performance, reliability, and deployment.\nContinuous Learning & Innovation:\n\nStay updated with the latest AI/ML research, frameworks, and best practices.\nExplore new algorithms, architectures, and tools to improve AI/ML solutions.\nContribute to the development and improvement of internal AI/ML processes and pipelines.\n\nQualifications and Skills:\nEducation:\nBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial\nIntelligence, or related field.\nExperience:\n5–7 years of experience in AI/ML engineering, data science, or related projects.\nHands-on experience in building and deploying machine learning models or AI applications.\nTechnical Skills:\nProficiency in Python, R, or equivalent programming languages.\nExperience with ML/DL frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn, or Keras.\nFamiliarity with data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation techniques.\nKnowledge of cloud AI services (AWS, Azure, GCP) and deployment pipelines.\nUnderstanding of NLP, computer vision, or other AI domains is a plus.\nSoft Skills:\nStrong analytical and problem-solving abilities.\nEffective communication and teamwork skills.\nAttention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality solutions.\nEagerness to learn and adapt to new AI/ML technologies.\nKey Competencies:\nAI/ML model development and deployment.\nData preprocessing, feature engineering, and performance optimization.\nCollaboration and cross-functional communication.\nAnalytical thinking and problem-solving.\nContinuous learning, innovation, and adaptation to emerging technologies.\n\nWork Environment:\nRegular day shifts; may require occasional extended hours for critical AI/ML projects.\nOffice-based or hybrid depending on project requirements.\nAbility to commute/relocate to Coimbatore (if required).
