We're building a workplace where talented people can do their best work while feeling connected, valued, and inspired.\n\nWe're looking for a People & Culture Specialist who can independently drive employee engagement, workplace culture, employer branding, internal communications, and employee experience initiatives across the organization.\n\nResponsibilities :\nOwn and execute the employee engagement calendar, including celebrations, team-building activities, and company-wide events.\nDrive employee recognition and rewards programs to foster a positive and high-performing culture.\nManage internal communications, including newsletters, announcements, leadership updates, and engagement campaigns.\nPartner with teams to enhance employee experience and strengthen workplace culture.\nPlan and execute wellness, learning, and community-building initiatives.\nSupport employer branding efforts through employee stories, culture content, and social media campaigns.\nGather employee feedback through surveys and engagement initiatives and help implement action plans.\nCoordinate with vendors and manage budgets related to engagement and culture programs.\nTrack engagement metrics and provide insights to leadership on participation, employee sentiment, and program effectiveness.\nSupport key HR initiatives related to employee lifecycle, retention, and workplace experience.\n\nRequirements :\n4–6 years of experience in Employee Engagement, People & Culture, HRBP, Employee Experience, or Employer Branding roles.\nProven experience in planning and executing employee engagement and culture initiatives.\nStrong communication and stakeholder management skills.\nExperience creating internal communication campaigns and employee-focused programs.\nAbility to independently manage multiple projects and deliver results with minimal supervision.\nCreative mindset with strong organizational and execution skills.\nComfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.\nProficiency with HRMS tools, engagement platforms, or survey tools is a plus.\n\nJoin us if you love working with people, creating great employee experiences, and building a culture where everyone can thrive.
