Head of Cyber Security, Mumbai\n\nQualification\n\n- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering / Computer Science / Information Technology or related discipline.\n\n- Professional certifications such as CISO, CISA, CISSP, CEH, ISO 27001 Lead Implementer/Auditor, or equivalent preferred.\n\nExperience\n\n- Minimum 10–15 years of relevant experience in information security, cyber security, IT governance, or technology risk management.\n\n- Experience in handling enterprise-scale security operations and audits across multi-location environments.\n\n- Prior experience in educational institutions, healthcare, BFSI, or large service organizations will be an advantage.\n\nSkills & Competencies\n\n- Strong understanding of cyber security architecture, risk management, and compliance frameworks.\n\n- Experience with SOC operations, SIEM tools, endpoint security, cloud security, and incident response.\n\n- Ability to handle confidential and sensitive matters with maturity and discretion.\n\n- Strong analytical, leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.\n\n- Ability to work independently and advise senior management on strategic security decisions.\n\nKey Expectations from the Role\n\n- Ensure secure and uninterrupted operation of institutional technology systems.\n\n- Minimize cyber risks and strengthen security maturity across the organization.\n\n- Create a proactive security culture rather than a reactive compliance-driven approach.\n\n- Act as the central point of accountability for information security and cyber risk management across the institution.\n\n#J-18808-Ljbffr
