You are a strong communicator, enjoy interacting with people and building relationships easily and love a good challenge.\nThe Oracle Fusion Technical Consultant designs, develops, and supports technical solutions within Oracle Fusion Applications.\nResponsibilities:\n\nDesign and develop technical solutions within ccc.\nDevelop integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), and other middleware tools.\nBuild custom reports using BI Publisher and OTBI.\nDevelop extensions using Oracle Fusion technologies such as Visual Builder Cloud Service (VBCS).\nPerform data conversions and migrations using FBDI, HDL, and other Oracle data loading tools.\nSupport system integrations between Oracle Fusion and third-party applications.\nTroubleshoot technical issues and optimize application performance.\nCollaborate with functional consultants, business stakeholders, and project teams.\nParticipate in full project lifecycle activities including design, development, testing, and deployment.\nSupport cutover planning and go-live hyper care; manage priority incidents and provide clear status updates to business stakeholders.\nAct as a trusted advisor to customer stakeholders; present solution options, trade-offs, and best-practice recommendations.\n\nRequired Skills:\n\n6–10 years of experience working as an Oracle Fusion Technical Consultant in Oracle ERP and/or HCM environments.\nMinimum 3 full lifecycle RICE (Reports, Integrations, Conversions, Extensions) implementation projects in Oracle Fusion.\nStrong experience delivering Oracle Fusion ERP / HCM SaaS and PaaS implementations as a technical developer.\nHands-on expertise in Oracle BI Publisher report development , including RTF, eText, and Excel templates.\nExperience developing reports and analytics using OTBI and BI Publisher .\nExtensive experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) for building integrations with external systems.\nStrong experience in data migration and conversion using tools such as FBDI, HDL, and HCM Extracts .\nHands-on experience with Oracle Visual Builder Cloud Service (VBCS) for application extensions.\nStrong technical knowledge of Oracle Database, SQL, and PL/SQL .\nExperience developing interfaces, integrations, and conversion routines across Oracle Fusion modules.\nAbility to provide technical troubleshooting and production support for Oracle Fusion applications.\nExperience collaborating with functional consultants and business stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.\nExperience in technical design, solution architecture, and system customization/personalization .\nHands-on experience in testing activities , including creating and executing test plans for technical solutions.\nExperience working with Oracle Workflow, interfaces, and customizations .\nDemonstrated expertise in reporting, integrations, and data migration strategies in Oracle Fusion implementations.\nFunctional awareness of relevant Oracle Fusion ERP and/or HCM modules .\nExperience working independently as well as collaboratively within project teams .\nStrong analytical, problem-solving, and solution design skills .\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills .\n\nQualification:\nBachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.\nOracle Certifications in relevant area\n\nWhat do we offer?\nAt Maini Consulting you will become part of an exciting and rapidly growing premiere Oracle partner that is already a global leader in its field.
