Quality Custodian for Engagement Content\nAct as the subject matter expert for all yoga-related content, communication, and learner experiences\nReview and approve engagement-led content including reminders, challenges, educational content, and social communication\nPartner with communication and growth teams to ensure yoga messaging is meaningful, responsible, and learner-friendly\nContribute to creation of yoga challenges, habit-building journeys, and engagement initiatives.\nBuild and maintain expert-approved yoga knowledge resources and guidance frameworks.\n\n3. Deliver Expert Guidance & Resolve Yoga-Related Learner Queries\nSolve learner queries related to yoga practices, posture alignment, breathing techniques, modifications, routines, and wellness concerns.\nProvide empathetic, accurate, and safe guidance to learners across digital touchpoints.\nSupport escalations related to practice suitability, beginner concerns, injuries, or session-related confusion.\nBuild FAQs and standardized expert responses for recurring learner questions.\nWork closely with support and communication teams to improve clarity and effectiveness of learner guidance.\n\nMinimum Qualifications\nCertified Yoga Instructor with strong understanding of yoga philosophy, anatomy, breathwork, and movement practices.\n4–8 years of experience teaching yoga across online and/or offline formats\nExperience working with diverse learner groups including beginners and intermediate practitioners.\nStrong communication and learner engagement skills - in both English and Hindi\nAbility to simplify and communicate wellness concepts clearly and empathetically\nExperience creating educational or engagement-focused yoga content is preferred\nStrong sense of responsibility toward learner safety and teaching quality.\nComfortable working in a fast-paced, digital-first wellness environ
