Job Description
We're Hiring - Service Engineer (Fire Suppression Systems)
We are looking for experienced Service Engineers to handle installation, commissioning, preventive maintenance, breakdown support and customer coordination while ensuring SLA compliance and high service quality.
Location: Mahape, Navi Mumbai & Andheri, Mumbai
Experience: 3-10 Years
Salary: Up to 6 LPA
Working Hours
Monday to Friday: 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM
Saturday: 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM
2nd Saturday Off
Sunday Fixed Off
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute preventive maintenance and breakdown services for fire suppression systems
- Conduct AMC visits as per defined schedules and SLAs
- Perform fault diagnosis, troubleshooting, repair and restoration
- Handle cylinder replacement, refilling coordination and system testing
- Support installation and commissioning of new systems
- Inspect system components including detection systems, control panels, piping, nozzles and sensors
- Generate service reports, customer sign-offs and closure documentation
- Coordinate with customers for service scheduling and issue resolution
- Identify spare parts requirements and support spares sales opportunities
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and site protocols
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality
