🔹 Role: Guest Relation Executive (GRE)

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome and assist guests with a warm and professional approach.

• Manage reservations, table allocations, and waiting lists.

• Ensure exceptional guest experience throughout the dining journey.

• Handle guest feedback, complaints, and special requests efficiently.

• Coordinate with restaurant managers, captains, stewards, and kitchen teams.

• Maintain guest records, preferences, and VIP guest relations.

• Promote restaurant events, special menus, and loyalty programs.

• Ensure reception and guest areas are well maintained at all times.

Requirements:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Well-groomed personality with a positive attitude.

• Experience in premium dining, fine dining, or hospitality preferred.

• Ability to handle guest concerns professionally.

• Fluent in English and Hindi (additional languages are an advantage).
