Role Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Architect for a full-time, on-site position at our Bengaluru office. The Architect will be responsible for conceptualizing, developing, and executing architectural designs, managing projects from inception to completion, and coordinating with multidisciplinary teams for seamless integration of design and execution. Key responsibilities also include client collaboration, ensuring project alignment with their vision, and adhering to timelines and budgets while maintaining design excellence.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Architectural Design and expertise in creating functional, aesthetic, and sustainable spaces
• Demonstrated experience in Architecture and Project Management, with a strong track record of managing end-to-end project lifecycles
• Knowledge of Software based drafting and modelling tools relevant to architecture and design
• Strong problem-solving skills, exceptional attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
• Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or similar tools
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for team collaboration and client interactions
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or a related field
• Experience with sustainable and innovative building practices is a plus
