Join us as we shape the future of travel for the next generation!\n\nROLE OVERVIEW:\ngoSTOPS, India’s fastest-growing backpacker hostel brand, is looking for a proactive and guest- centric Guest Relations Executive / Senior Guest Relations Executive to join our team in South India.

As a frontline ambassador of the brand, you will ensure exceptional hospitality, smooth operations, and a vibrant, welcoming experience for every guest.\n\nKEY RESPONSIBILITIES:\n\nGuest Services\nGreet and welcome guests warmly, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction throughout their stay.\nProvide accurate information about the property, local experiences, and goSTOPS community\n\nFront Desk Operations\nManage guest check-in and check-out processes efficiently.\nEnsure all registration documents and ID verifications are accurately maintained.\n\nCommunication\nHandle phone calls, messages, and emails; redirect queries to appropriate departments.\nMaintain a helpful, clear, and friendly communication tone with guests and staff.\n\nAdministrative Support\nMaintain organized records, checklists, and documentation logs.\nPrepare spreadsheets and reports for operational and guest service needs.\n\nProperty Management Assistance\nConduct periodic inventory checks and maintain supply records.\nAssist with procurement and restocking of monthly operational supplies.\nAct as the property in-charge during the absence of the Property Manager.\n\nFood and Beverage Assistance\nAssist in serving food and beverages, ensuring guest satisfaction and cleanliness of service areas.\n\nBook-keeping Support\nIssue invoices and assist in basic financial documentation such as bill checks and petty cash records.\n\nCross-Location Travel\nBe open to traveling to other goSTOPS properties across South and West India when required.\n\nQUALIFICATION AND CERTIFICATIONS:\n\nMinimum Qualification\nFinal-year student or graduate in Hotel Management (preferred).\n\nEXPERIENCE,SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES\nMinimum 6 months of industrial training or relevant hospitality experience.\nStrong communication skills—verbal and written—with a pleasant personality.\nFlexibility and willingness to travel within South India as needed.\n\nWHAT WE OFFER\nCompetitive salary with Performance Linked Incentives (PLI) upto 35% of gross salary\nStatutory benefits: Provident Fund (PF) and Employee State Insurance (ESIC)\nComplimentary accommodation and meals provided by the company\nOpportunity to work at pan-India hostel locations , with exposure to South and West regions\nA fun, youthful work environment with a focus on creating memorable guest experiences
